Departmental Grant

Each York College program offering a bachelor’s degree can recommend students to receive a Departmental Grant. These grants will be awarded up to $1,000 per semester as stackable with other York College scholarships. The grant is for the student’s first year only attending York College. Each department is responsible for collecting applications and submitting recommendations to the Scholarship Committee. The Scholarship Committee will review the submitted recommendations and award the grant. The Student's financial need, as determined by the FAFSA is also considered in awarding this grant. Students applications are due to the department head by June 1.  Please contact Dr. Tracey Wyatt, Dean of Academics at (tlwyatt@york.edu) for questions about all Departmental Grants.
