Seniors Honored in Who's Who Among StudentsThirteen YC students named in 2011 edition
Fifteen students from York College will be included in the 2011 edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Each year, a select group of students is called forward to accept one of the most prestigious awards the academic community can bestow — selection to Who’s Who Among Students. The students, all seniors, were nominated based on academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
York College, founded in 1890, is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Churches of Christ. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Around five hundred students are enrolled annually representing 35–40 states and international countries. |
