Phillips and Tuttle receive honors

York College held their annual All-College Banquet Thursday night at the Stone Creek Event Center in McCool Junction and presented the awards of Mr. and Ms. York College.  YC faculty and staff make the selection for this award using leadership, involvement, academic performance and personality as the criteria. Kristin Tuttle, senior middle grades education major from Lincoln, Nebraska; and Luke Phillips, senior Bible major from Brisbane QLD, Australia, were honored with YC's highest award. 

Also awarded during the evening were Dr. Terry Seufferlein, Teacher of the Year; Janet Rush, Staff Member of the Year; and Gayle Good, Second Miler Award. Honored for years of service were Carol Rowedder (30 years), Gayleen Nestor (25 years), Dr. Michael Case and Tim McNeese (20 years), John Baker (15 years) Gayle Good, Cindi Gunselman, Tod Martin, and Janet Rush (10 years), and Brien Alley, Summer Dickinson, Shannon Leinen, Brent Magner, Greg Smith, and Jennifer Spickelmier (5 years).
