Good receives research accolades
Paper by YC Online instructor named "Best Article"
Pieter Good, instructor for York College Online, has recently been recognized by the National Council for Geographic Education for his research. His coauthored paper “The Regionalization of Africa: Delineating Africa’s Subregions Using Airline Data” was named Best College/University Article for 2012.
His article appeared in Journal of Geography. The focus of his research was examining regions of Africa based not on traditional means such as grouping countries in the same location together, but rather by examining relationships between different areas.
