Position Summary: The Director of Spiritual Development (Director) is directly responsible to the President. The Director models the highest spiritual life, commitment and ministry in a constant visible presence on campus and will serve as the coordinator for all on-campus ministries. The Director will seek ways in which to promote spiritual life and growth on campus. The Director should have a warm and spiritual heart that seeks to build the spiritual life and ministry of all students.

York College is seeking a Hall Manager for Thomas Women's Hall. This is a full time position. Responsibilities include oversight of the hall and its approximately 100 female Freshman and Sophomore residents, plus additional administrative duties within the Office of Student Development. Applicants should have a heart for working with and ministering to young women. The ability to be assertive, consistent, personable and flexible as well as the desire to work as a team member within Student Development is essential. Bachelor's degree preferred; however, applicants without a degree but with relevant experience will be considered.
