Soul Quest Registration

June 9-15, 2024

Hey, Soul Quest! We are so excited about this summer and anxiously await your arrival! Here are some things you need to remember to do before you arrive. There are two ways to register for Soul Quest, as a camper or as a youth group. Make sure to read over this page so you don’t miss anything! 
 

Registration For Campers

☐ Complete the Camper Registration Form including the Medical Release Form online. 

☐ Provide a copy of Medical Insurance Card.
A copy can be attached and sent with registration fee. Please make a note of who the camper is. Checks should be made out to York University.

☐ Registration Fee 
A $225.00  fee should be postmarked by June 1st.
Checks should be made out to York University.

☐ Mail all copy of medical insurance card/payment to:

Note: If attending Soul Quest with a youth group make sure to register with the group through your youth minister or sponsor.

 

Registration For Youth Groups

☐ Verify every camper has registered online.
If you need to confirm if a camper has registered online email soulquest@york.edu.

☐ Collect copies of Medical Insurance Cards for every camper.
A copy can be attached to each camper’s registration fee.

☐ Collect registration fees from each camper. 
A copy can be attached and sent with registration fee. Please make a note of which camper the fee is for. Checks should be made out to York University.

☐ Print off and complete Group Rooming Form.
Make sure each camper is comfortable and happy with the arrangements before you send in the form. Middle school students must room with middle school students and high school students room with high school students.  Do everything possible to avoid last-minute changes on camp registration day, this slows down registration line. Changes can be emailed to Brittany Wiley at soulquest@york.edu.
